Use Your Voice: Chiltern Insights Group

We are excited to announce the launch of the Chiltern Insights Group, where clients “use their voice” to help implement change and innovation within our organisation.

Chiltern Music Therapy is built upon collaboration, flexibility, empowerment, and inclusivity. We are passionate about applying these values inside the music therapy room, as well as systemically. To further establish our user-led approach, the “Chiltern Insights Group” is launching in September 2022 which will involve people who have used our services in the past, or those who use them currently.

The Chiltern Insights Group will meet on a quarterly basis to be consulted on arising issues, as well as helping with decision making in regard to our services. There will be space for all participants to air any additional challenges or personal insight they wish to share. This feedback will be directed back into the organisation so that change can be reviewed and implemented. We look forward to working with this group, formally integrating the advice and perspectives of the people who matter most to us.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Chiltern Insights Group, we would love to hear from you! Before getting in touch, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:

  • You are currently using, or have previously used services in connection with Chiltern Music Therapy
  • You are over 18 years of age
  • You have access to an electronic device which can connect to Zoom

Asa member of this group, you will be paid for your time and expertise. For further information regarding this role, please contactsabina@chilternmusictherapy.co.uk, or call the Chiltern Music Therapy office on01442 780541.
