Are you or someone you care for living with Parkinson’s? Our Sing to Beat Parkinson’s group, led by our Music Therapist, Rose, uses the power of music and singing to support difficulties with voice and movement, while lifting mood and promoting connection. No musical experience is needed, everyone is welcome.

What to expect

  • Music and singing exercises to support voice, breathing, and movement
  • Activities designed to improve confidence, coordination, and wellbeing
  • Connection with others living with Parkinson’s
  • A friendly, supportive, non-judgemental atmosphere
  • Time for reflection and social interaction

Session information

Sessions take place weekly on Mondays from 2-3.30pm at theSouthdown Methodist Centre, Bath.

There is a cost to attend this group. If funding is a concern, please speak to us, subsidised places may be available and we are always happy to discuss options.
