At Chiltern we can provide Music Therapy, Neurologic Music Therapy™ and Community Music services both digitally and in person across England.
Whilst everyone’s situation is different, you can usually expect to follow this process with us:
We speak to you to find out your needs and/or the needs of the person you are referring.
You will complete a referral form to provide us will all the information we need to match you to one of our practitioners.
Our referrals team will work hard to find you a practitioner at a time that suits you.
You will have an initial conversation with your practitioner where you can discuss your goals and/or aims of the sessions.
The sessions will begin and can be short or long term depending on your needs.
We run regular training events for music therapists and AHPs including GarageBand and Outcome Star training. We also work closely with universities to provide lectures and workshops for music therapy students and we provide training in the settings we work in, providing sessions for staff in care homes, schools and hospitals.Get involved
